Tonight's Russian'communique says: "Troops of the First Ukrainian front, continuing thei,r offensive, occu- - pied the district centre in the Kame- - nctz Podolsk region of Chernyostrov, which is eleven miles north-west of Proskurov, also over a hundred inhabited localities. Our troops closed in on the town of Staro Konstantinov, fifty mile's north-east of Volochysk, and are now fighting-in the,suburbs."
