Rec. 1 p.m. WASHINGTON, Dec. 17. The New Zealand Charge d'Affairs, Mr. Cox; held a reception for the visiting New Zealand journalists who for the past three days have conferred with Vice-President Wallace, Colonel Knox, Mr. Harry Stimson, Miss Perkins, Secretary of Labour, General A. A. j Vandergrift, Mr. Elmer Davis, and high Labour leaders.
