N.Z. CONVERSION LOAN.

The New Zealand Government is inviting holders of tho 3 J/_ per cent, conversion stock, 1939-45, to convert Into 3% per cent, stocks maturing 1949-54 and 1955-60 respectively, receiving £50 sterling of each for each £100 sterling converted.
