ESCAPED DEFAULTERS
The National Service Department advises tha*. three defaulters detained in the Shannon Detention Camp recently escaped. They are:—Reginald Kenneth Hunt, age 25, a resident of Salisbury Avenue, Wanganui, motor driver, height sft 6in, fair hair and fresh complexion. James Erskine Allen, age 30, a resident of Levin and Boundary Road, Palmerston North, height sft 6£in, fair hair and fresh complexion. Kenneth Ellis Bilderbeck, age 36, a resident of Featherston Street, Palmerston North, height sft B£in, hazel eyes, brown hair, fresh complexion. Any person knowing the whereabouts of the escapees are asked to [report to the nearest police station.
