RESOLUTjjdN FOR SENATE Rec. 11 a.m. WASHINGTON, Oct. 13.

The Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee, by a vote of seven to one, approved a resolution pledging the United States to continue to wage war against all its enemies until complete victory was achieved, that the United States would co-operate with its comrades in arms in securing a just and honourable peace, that the United States, acting through its constitu-tional-processes, would join with the free and sovereign nations in the establishment of an international authority with power to prevent aggression and preserve world peace. Senator R. M. LaFollette, jun. (Progressive) was the dissenting committeeman. _ , The chairman, Senator Tom Connally, predicted that the full committee would approve the resolution and said that the Senate would also concur.
