GIFT FROM DANES

AMBULANCE FOR R.N.Z.A.F.

The gift of an ambulance is to be made by the Danish Association of New Zealand (Inc.) to the Royal New Zealand Air Force. The ceremony of. handing it over will take place in the grounds of Parliament House next Sunday at 3 p.m. The Minister of Defence (Mr. Jones) will accept the ambulance and in turn hand it over to the Air Force. Speakers will be Mr. Johannes Andersen, Wellington, and Messrs. Hadrup and Langkild, both of Auckland. The Prime Minister, Mrs. Fraser, and Consuls for Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, and many other prominent citizens have been invited toattend the ceremony, which will be one of considerable public interest. Members of tne Danish Association from other parts of the Dominion, including 30 from Auckland, are expected to be present.
