ACCEPTED WITH REGRET
It was with deep regret that the committee of the-. Levin Memorial Home accepted the resignation oi their president, Mrs. O: N. Gillespie, owing to ill health, and she was elected a life member. All her life Mrs, Gillespie has been associated with the home and had its interest at heart. Mrs. E. Luke was elected to take her place. Lady Lake has consented to open the gift tea to be held jat the home in October. The following were tbknked for donations: —Mesdames Tripp, Hawkins, Gillingham, Searle, Chisholm, and Mr. Yates, also the Oriental Bay-Roseneath branch of the. W.L.R. for a further donation of £20.
