NEW OFFICE FOR MR. MAISKY
LONDON, July 27. According to Moscow radio, m Mr. Maisky, the Soviet Ambassador to London, has been appointed Deputy Commissar of Foreign Affairs. Mr. Maisky returned to Moscow early this month, but no indication has been given that he will not return to London.
