NEW STRATEGIC PLAN
ATTACKS BY U-BOATS
Rec. 9 a.m. LONDON, July 5. The new tactical training of the Üboat crews consists of regular, wellorganised, and strategic attacks by enth'e U-boat flotillas,, according to reports received in Stockholm from Berlin. These attacks are expected to upset all Allied counter-strokes, which hitherto to a certain extent have prevented great loss of tonnage.
