Fighting French Headquarters and the various technical questions to be settled in connection with the prospective recognition by the United Nations of the new French National Committee. i An Algiers message says that M. Hoppenot has been nominated by the Committee as its delegate to discuss with Admiral Robert the situation at Martinique. M. Hoppenot was a French delegate to the Nine Power Conference at Brussels which discussed Japanese aggression in China.—B.O.W.
