NEW YORK. June 11. State Department officials indicated today that the United States will recognise the Ramirez Government when and not till there is clear proof that the Government will be stable. Italy recognised the new Argentine Government today.

Venezuela's recognition of the new regime brings the -number doing so to nine. The Government has suspended the transmission of radio code messages abroad, which the United Press points out stops secret communications between Axis diplomats and their governments. United Nations' representatives are able to continue their use of code. The Argentine Foreign Minister, Mr. Estorni, stated: "Argentina, cannot approve of a regime of conquest which some nations would like to impose on the world." This is interpreted to mean that Argentina is definitely leaning towards the United Nations. Berlin radio stated that the Argentine Charge d'Affaires in Berlin had informed the German Government that Argentina was remaining neutral.
