GERMAN REPUDIATION
Intention to Use Gas (Rec. 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, June 9. The Axis repudiates President Roosevelt's statement that it contemplates using gas, says Berlin radio.
It points out that Mr. Roosevelt's threat to carry out reprisals "brings to mind the fact that the Anglo-Saxons always aim at creating an alibi for using weapons which are barred by international agreements." '■
