The Grand Jury in the Supreme Court yesterday found no-bill in the case J oi« Thc!mas Per<7 Hedges, soldier, 20^^ 0. ¥ d PJeaded not guilty an the Magistrate's Court to, a charge of negligent driving causing the death pf Miss Mary Lydia Clark in Riddiford Street on October 24 last. Struck by part of a moving crane on a wharf adjacent to Jervois Quay yesterday afternoon, Mr. W, Connell, a Harbour Board employee, of 228 Rintoul Street, was knocked into the harbour and received a lacerated wound on his forehead, and shock. The Free Ambulance took him to hospital.
