PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that the Hutt County Council has absolutely prohibited the use of water through a hose, sprinkler, or other removable pipe from the lowpressure water supply at Lowry Bay North Area. This prohibition also includes the cleaning of windows, boats, motor-cars or premises, also the watering of lawns or gardens. HIGH-EXPLOSIVE BOMBING—TURAKINA RANGE. rpHE Public iire warned that high-explosive X bombing will take place on the Turakina Bombing Range, situated between the mouth of the Turakina River and the mouth of the Koitiata Stream. Under no circumstances are unauthorised persons to enter this area. The Air Department will not be responsible for the death or injuries which may occur through unauthorised persons being in this area on or after February 3, 1943. No further warning will be given.
