25 GERMAN SOLDIERS IN

LYONS

(Rec. 12.50 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 29. A bomb thrown by a passing cyclist seriously injured 25 German soldiers in Lyons reports the Swiss "Journal de Geneve." Two civilians were shot when they tried to make off. Instead of chasing the cyclist, the police ordered the stoppage of trams and the closing of all public establishments by 'The'"paper adds that 2000 ration cards were stolen from the Town Hall at Annemasse, in Haute-Savoie.
