HOLIDAY LEAVE
Mr. Hislpp has drawn attention, by public notice in today's issue, to the obligation upon all members of the E.P.S to notify unit leaders or district wardens in writing of intention to be absent from their districts for more than 16 hours and to give advice of intended movements.
