ELECTRICITY RESTRICTIONS
Owing to the serious shortage of electrical material a priority list of classes of buildings which can be wired for electricity has been established by the Building Conti-oller. The list provides first place to buildings essential to war industry, prohibits any installations in old dwellings, and restricts the number of points which may be allowed in new dwellings. The provision of electric water heating in private dwellings is prohibited.
