(By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright.) (Special Australian Correspondent.) LONDON, October 3.

The R.N.Z.A.F. Rugby team lost their first game of the season to the Wasps, 5-3. They were leading at half-time with a penalty. but the Wasps scored a beautiful try in the second half. The Wasps missed the kick, but the referee ruled that the New Zealanders had rushed the kicker before the ball was grounded, for which reason he allowed a second kick, which the Wasps converted, thereby giving them the game.
