SPANISH THRONE
GERMAN-INSPIRED REPORT
LONDON, September 24. It is learned in London that there is no truth in the statement that negotiations have been completed for the return of Don Juan to Spain. The statement was originally attributed to the Madrid correspondent of a Berne newspaper, but the fact that this newspaper has no correspondent in Madrid indicates that the report was of German origin.
