COUPON CLIPPING

Coupon clipping is a new task which will face New Zealand retailers when the rationing scheme is introduced. The coupons on each counterfoil are numbered from the bottom right-hand corner and are counted upwards so that the book is not in danger of mutilation when the coupons are removed, but as the counterfoils are not perforated, scissors will be necessary to cut the requisite number when purchases are made.
