PRESIDENT MOVING

WASHINGTON, April 13,
The White House Secretary, Mr. Stephen Early, said today* that President Roosevelt would restrict his engagements during this week to enable him to devote the maximum time to development of the final details of his anti-inflationary programme.
The Associated Press learns that Mr. Roosevelt will submit a special message on the subject to Congress within a fortnight.
