Germany's New Order

There is further evidence of the refusal of the French to accept the new order.
Twenty-five men and two women are being tried by court-martial, being accused of making attacks on occupation troops.
A Moscow report says that three Frenchmen working in a Bremen factory have been shot for not fulfilling their quota of output. Demonstrations were made against the shootings, and arrests were made, but the men were freed when their comrades threatened to sabotage the works.

Bulgaria will probably declare war on Russia, but it is still believed that Hitler has asked only for a token contribution.
The opposition to Boris's policy is reported to be increasing, and sui--prising internal developments in Bulgaria are not impossible.
