LONDON, April 13.

A crisis in Sofia has aroused great interest in political circles in Ankara.

The retirement of six Ministers, including the Ministers of War and Foreign Affairs, says the Istanbul correspondent of "The Times," cannot be treated lightly as a minor event due to economic reasons, as Berlin is attempting to explain.
