NEW PRINCIPAL WELCOMED

To welcome Miss Kathleen Moseley as principal of Woodford House School, Havelock North, about 90 members of the Hawke's Bay branch of the Woodford House Old Girls' Association met in her honour at an afternoon reception in the Women's Service Club lounge, Hastings, on Wednesday afternoon.

The president of the association, Mrs. A. H. Hope, welcomed Miss Moseley, who was presented with a beautiful bouquet from the old girls. The lounge was beautifully decorated with flowers in maroon and white, the school colours.

Two delegates from the Palmerston North branch of the association, Mrs. Armstrong, president, and Miss Hazel Collinson, secretary, were present, also Mrs. Lan Bunny, president of the Wairarapa branch.
