CHINA WILL DEFEND BURMA
LONDON, February 20
China's determination to defend not only the Burma Road but also Burma was expressed today by the SecretaryGeneral of the Chinese People's Party.
He said that the Chinese were determined to give their best efforts not only to the protection of the Burma Road, but also to the defence of Burma as a whole; but that even the cutting of the Burma Road would not stop the war in China.
