AMERICAN BASES
ULSTER AND SCOTLAND
LONDON, January 7; Preparations are advanced for the reception of United States naval, air, and army forces, says the "Daily Mail." American technicians for months have been equipping a great base in Northern Ireland which the Americans have christened "Little America." It has been built chiefly for the reception of lend-lease supplies, but it possesses elaborate facilities for military, air, and naval forces.
The location of two bases in Scotland is kept a secret, but they are believed to be equipped for a large air force.
