DEATH AFTER FALL
Falling about 15 feet down a bank yesterday afternoon at about 4 o'clock, Mr. Fred Mason, aged (35, a pensioner, of 12 Northland Road, received a head injury and concussion;. The Free Ambulance took him to, hospital, where he died two hours later.
A man who rescued a starving dog in a Liverpool air raid was summoned lor keeping it without a licence, which he could not afford fa buy. A licence , was bought for him
