TO CEASE ON JANUARY 12

The private delivery of bread is to cease from January 12, not from January 6 as was stated in "The Post yesterday. The delivery of bread to houses is to discontinue as a war measure, the Wheat and Flour Controller, acting in conjunction with the Oil Fuel Controller, having arranged with the Master Bakers' Association to save fuel in this way. The area in which deliveries are to cease covei"s the whole- of Wellington to Johnsonville and also to Lower Hutt.
