1942 SHOOTING SEASON
Conditions and regulations for • the 1942 game-shooting season, which the Minister of Internal Affairs (Mr. Parry) has stated will be open for 15 days, differ little from those of last season, it was stated by the secretary of the Wellington Acclimatisation and Wild Life Control Society at its meeting last night. Hen pheasants may not be shot in 1942, and sportsmen are requested to record on a docket supplied with the shooting licence the number of cock pheasants shot during the season by the holder.
