A CLEANER WELLINGTON
It is suggested by "Returned Soldier" that the collections of non-ferrous metals and bottles should be followed by a collection to rid Wellington of accumulated rubbish from shop yards and private dwellings. This would make a cleaner city and would lessen the danger of disease by clearing away the breeding places of flies and rats.
