WESTERN, HUTT ROAD
The Western Hutt Road will be open for traffic after 4.30 this afternoon, but whether it will be kept open for traffic tomorrow depends on the progress ' made by the Public Works Department in clearing away the debris. It will most likely be necessary, to keep the road closed.
