CAPTAIN LYTTELTON IN LONDON

Captain - Oliver Lyttelton has returned to London. In July he went to represent the War Cabinet in the Middle East.

London.— Mr. Myron Taylor, recently President Roosevelt's personal representative .at the Vatican, arrived at London today from Lisbon. It was stated that he had come to discuss refugee problems with British experts.

Toronto.— The Premier .of Ontario, Mr. Mitchell Hepburn, addressing a luncheon in his honour, forecast the eventual elimination of the United States-Canadian boundary. "Our interests are too closely allied to permit of a boundary," he said.
