MAN FOUND HANGING
(P.AI) TE AROHA, This Day. Yesterday afternoon the body of Kitchener Pilkington, aged 26, proprietor of the Te Aroha Cycle Depot, was found hanging from a rafter in an outbuilding. He was the third son of Mr.' Peter Pilkington, borough foreman. /'
Pleading not guilty in the Magistrate's Court yesterday afternoon to a charge of indecently assaulting an 11----year-old girl, Murray Spiers, aged 48, was committed by Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., to the Supreme Court for trial. Mr. G. Joseph appeared for him.
