THE SHAH'S EXIT

LONDON, September 23.
A message from Teheran says that the former Shah has left Isfahan and is believed to be en route to Herman. One report says he may be allowed into India as a private individual. •
It is understood that he recently transferred his private account in the Teheran Bank, amounting to £25,000, to Delhi.
