CONSUMPTION

LONDON,- September 22.

The Moscow newspaper "Pravda" says that in the three months of the Russian war Germany and her satellites have consumed 5,000,000 tons of oil from the reserve of 7,000,000 tons, from which they will soon be forced to tap current supplies.
