DEFENCE OF DAKAR
VICHY GENERAL DETERMINED
LONDON, September 22,
General Goisson, High Commissioner in French West Africa, in a speech at Vichy today said: "As last year, so today and tomorrow- I shall defend Dakar against those who attack it, whoever they may be. The means have been given to me to do this, and the defence has been entrusted to Frenchmen alone."
