Miss E.M.Robb, Hamilton, has retired from the Post and Telegraph Department after 36 years' service. For the last six years Miss.Robb has been inspecting supervisor of telephone exchanges throughout New Zealand;

Mrs. T. G. Allen and her son Maurice have returned to their home at Paremata after spending' a few days with relatives in Feilding.

Mrs. John Mercer is a Wellington visitor to Napier. ■

Mrs. N. Powell and Mrs. A. J. Froud, of Wellington, and the Rev. JT. D. Froud, of Christchurch, are visiting Wanganui for the wedding of Miss Eileen Sanderson/to Corporal William Froud, NiZ.D.C, Trentham. ' ;
