Pink camellias, forget-me-nots, and maidenhair fern were arranged on the tables yesterday when 70 members of the Victoria League met for the luncheon which is given every month by the league. . Miss Marguerite Thompson, a member of the Junior League, aroused great interest with a large toy engine she has made and presented to the league. This engine, which is attractively painted, is large enough for a child to sit in the cabin, and will attract much attention at the league's shop, where it will be used in connection with a competition to raise funds. Two new members, Mrs. Leahy .and Miss Leahy, were welcomed by .the president, Mrs. J. A. Doctor.
