'(Rec. 9.30 a.m.) I' WASHINGTON, June 18. | The Government has ordered Customs and immigration officials to take §Jhe necessary steps to prevent German from leaving the United without proper authority. The |pbject of the order is to prevent the leakage of frozen funds from the coun|try. Special watchers have been posted immediately at strategic airports and pports of departure to enforce the edict. jf Guenther Tonn, of the German irransocean News Agency, slashed his Ithroat and wrist at Ellis Island while Awaiting trial for failure to register pEis an alien agent.
