FRENCH TROOPS IN SYRIA

LONDON, May 25,
Hundreds of French troops have now crossed from Syria to Palestine, and many others are reported to be endeavouring to follow.
The French Consulate-General in Jerusalem has been closed, and the Consul-General asked to leave. —U.P.A.
