MAGISTRATE'S COURT
A fine of £7 and costs was imposed upon Leonard McManaway, a fisherman, who was charged in the Magistrate's Court today, before Mr. J. H. Luxford, S.M.i with offering for sale a drum of oil, part of the cargo lost overboard from the Armadale, when she was involved in a collision in the straits.
Napthali Rosemann, who, being an enemy alien, was charged with having a radio set in his possession without a permit, was convicted and fined"£s and costs by Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M.
