HOPEFUL GERMANS

On the order of Heinrich. Himmlef, chief of the German police, a number of German policemen have been studying the special problems that confront colonial officers. Anticipating the return of German colonies after, (be war, a number of policemen are being specially schooled here for their future duties. Following their training they will be sent to Rome for a four-week course at the "Colonial Police School." Some fifty leaders of various departments of the German police are already in Rome carrying on their training. Present plans call for these German policemen to get, at "an opportune time," practical experience in the Italian East African colonies.
