Dr. D. Miller, head of the entomology division of the Cawthron Institute, will return to Nelson by the'Arahura tonight.
Sir R. Heatoft Rhodes arrived from the south by the steamer express this morning.
Mr. J. N. Millard has been re-elected chairman of the Wellington Rugby
