HANOI, February 15,
The Japanese business men here passed a resolution urging the Japanese Government to take steps to secure a revision of the new import control measures introduced by the Indo-China Government, which they allege are aimed at preventing Japanese from establishing businesses in Indo-China in competition with French firms.
