(By Telegraph—Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, February 14. For the first day of the Winton Jockey-Club's Annual Meeting the weather was fine. There was a fair attendance ■ and the track was fast. The totalisator handled £8986, compared with £7542 10s last year, an increase of £1443 10s.
