At a recent meeting of the Council of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, Diplomas of Fellowship were granted to the following New Zealand candidates:—H. C. G. Flavell, R. D. Bisset, D. A. Arnott, C. B. Innes, and L. I. Parton, Otago. The Diploma of Anaesthetics, jointly with the Royal College of Physicians, was granted to B. E. P. McCullough.
