LONDON, February 4.

Local Greek surprise attacks in heavy rain in various sectors of the Albanian front resulted in. the capture of new positions without a shot being fired. It is reported from Struga that the Greeks have reached the shores of Valona Bay. The Greek radio stated that the Italians did not attack yesterday, except against a single height beyond Klisura, where they launched twelve, consecutive attacks, all of which were repulsed. The hundredth communique issued by Greek headquarters states that activity was restricted to patrols and artillery fire.
