Thursday and on the .previous night Bardia was subjected to one of the heaviest air attacks yet carried out in the Middle East. Heavy -damage was caused by constant at!*acks and large fires were started jamong stores and buildings and extensive damage was confirmed later by photographs. No casualties resulted to any aircraft or personnel."
