LONDON, December 13,

Pressure on the Italians ■is being maintained constantly along the Sudan frontier. On the ground British patrols have inflicted considerable casualties upon them and an R.A.F. communique says that one place in Italian East Africa was raided for the ninth time last Wednesday. «. One three-engined enemy bomber received a direct hit and exploded, and two others were seen on fire. Three more enemy aircraft received extensive damage. A Rhodesian squadron, co-operating with R.A.F. bombers, raided an Italian camp at Gubba. One British aircraft I reported that three-quarters of the camp was on fire. Motor transport workshops at another place were attacked and one enemy aircraft was last seen flying low in flames.
