INVALIDED TEOOPS
HOSPITAL SHIP REACHES AUSTRALIAN PORT
MELBOURNE, December 13.
A hospital ship from the Middla East has reached an Australian port with more than 300 invalided Australian and New Zealand troops. The majority are reported to be suffering from common ailments caused by hard living in desert camps, and some from shock. The night before the ship reached Aden four squadrons of Italian aircraft flew over the ship. They dipped in salute when the floodlit red crossed on the poop deck .were spotted.
